Lead ICAM-based incident investigations and audits, ensuring timely action close-outs and alignment with legal obligations. Review and update risk controls, registers, and safety improvement plans to maintain high operational safety standards.

Manage end-to-end WHS documentation including SWMS, Emergency Management Plans, and Business Continuity Plans. Administer and optimize HammerTech WHS System for streamlined compliance tracking and high-risk construction activities oversight.

Compile and present detailed safety and performance reports to senior management, highlighting hazards, near-misses, and audit findings. Use insights to recommend continuous improvement actions and strengthen organizational safety posture.

Liaise effectively with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to promote safety alignment, manage submitted work orders, and drive safe work practices across construction sites and support services.

Conduct site safety inspections, ergonomics assessments, toolbox talks, and safety training. Champion WHS culture development and team accountability through ongoing leadership, performance feedback, and coaching programs.
