Lead ICAM-based incident investigations and audits, ensuring timely action close-outs and
alignment with legal obligations. Review and update risk controls, registers, and safety
improvement plans to maintain high operational safety standards.

System & Document Control
Manage end-to-end WHS documentation including SWMS, Emergency Management Plans, and Business
Continuity Plans. Administer and optimize HammerTech WHS System for streamlined compliance
tracking and high-risk construction activities oversight.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Compile and present detailed safety and performance reports to senior management, highlighting
hazards, near-misses, and audit findings. Use insights to recommend continuous improvement
actions and strengthen organizational safety posture.

Stakeholder & Contractor Engagement
Liaise effectively with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to promote
safety alignment, manage submitted work orders, and drive safe work practices across
construction sites and support services.
